CONSULAR REVIEW INSTANCE

Once a TIE24H pre-application has been initiated on the Migration platform, and contact has been made with the applicant, the Consular Section will confirm that the application has been received and that, in order to proceed with its analysis, the consular fee corresponding to the application must be paid (80 euros).
Once the payment has been made, the applicant must attach by e-mail the corresponding bank receipt (bank receipt, ticket, etc.) and the Consular Office will start the process, which will verify that the nationality, reason for entry and period of stay correspond to the TIE; the validity of the travel document; and that the scanned documentation corresponds to the category invoked.
After verifying compliance with the requirements in the application and related documentation, the Consular Section will sign its approval on the DNM platform, and the applicant will receive his/her TIE certificate from the National Directorate of Migration, finalising the process.
