VISA for CONGRESSES and SEMINARS, TECHNICAL, RELIGIOUS, SPORTS, ARTISTS VISA

 This Visa category is for those who enter Argentina with the purpose of carrying out tasks such as scientific, professional, technical, religious or artistic, whether paid or unpaid.This visa is valid for a period of up to 30 days and it is renewable in Argentina (one time only) for a similar term prior to the expiration date of the original visa.

• Valid Passport
• 1 photo 4 cm x 4cm
• Visa application form duly filled out (available online)
• Invitación vía TAD system (from the company to be visited)
• RENURE Number
• Letter in Spanish (or English) from the sending institute, company or organization, stating the full name, nationality and passport number of the applicant, the position/title of the applicant within the company and a brief description of the activity to be realized in Argentina. This letter must be signed by a responsible party of the organization, other than the applicant. In case you hold your own business, you need to demonstrate the legal certificate which shows the business number and official license to operate in the corresponding market (e.g. proof of tax payments, annual reports of business etc.).
• Hotel reservationand name of a contact person in Argentina (making sure that all days of the stay in Argentina are covered). IN SPANISH
• Reservation of the flight tickets with the exact date of entry and exit of Argentina. IN SPANISH
• Evidence of funds: bank statements of the last three months plus salary receipts for the last 90 days. IN SPANISH/ENGLISH
• Health Insurance card or policy. IN SPANISH
• Proof of residence (in Austria, Slovenia, Slovakia) (for Austrian citizens: “Meldezettel”)

 

The Visa allows a maximum stay of 30 days and can be prolonged for further 30 days before the DNM (DirecciónNacional de Migraciones) prior to the expiration date of the original visa. The granting fee amounts 200,00 €.
